In accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), Klairu informs you about the processing of your personal data.
1. Data controller
Klairu is responsible for the processing of your personal data and its use.
2. Personal data we collect
To operate the Service, we collect the following data:
- Identification data: name, email, tax ID (RFC), business address.
- Payment data: processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card data.
- Operational data: products, orders, inventory, and sales generated in your account.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs for security.
3. Processing purposes
We use your data to: provide the Service, process subscription payments, issue invoices, provide support, send operational communications, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
4. Transfers
We share data with providers that help us operate the Service: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Railway (hosting). All operate under contracts with confidentiality clauses.
5. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), and to revoke your consent.
6. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for the legal periods required after cancellation, especially for tax and accounting obligations.
7. Changes to this notice
Any modification to this Notice will be communicated by email or through the Service.
