Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Klairu is a monthly-subscription point-of-sale (POS) software for restaurants. It includes order taking, table management, inventory, sales reports, and CFDI invoicing through authorized PACs.

3. User account

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your access credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

The Service is offered under monthly subscription in Mexican pesos plus VAT. Payments are charged in advance at the start of each cycle. We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, to violate third-party rights, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with its operation.

7. Intellectual property

Klairu and all its content, functionality, and code are the property of the company and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, Klairu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
