Refund policy

This policy describes the conditions under which we offer refunds for Klairu subscriptions.
1. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card. You can cancel during this period at no charge.
2. Monthly subscriptions
As a monthly prepaid service, payments already made are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid cycle.
3. Exceptional refunds
We will consider full or partial refunds in cases of prolonged technical failure attributable to Klairu or duplicate charges made in error. We evaluate each case individually.
4. How to request a refund
Send your request by email explaining the reason. We'll reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method in 5 to 10 business days.
